June 19, 2009, St. Petersburg. Awarding Ceremony for the winners of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Federal Awards 2009 Prize took place. The panel of judges - the business-community professionals – for the second time have acknowledged “Eurasia Logistics”, a Class A warehouse real estate developer, the most active developer of the year in the regions of Russia.

MOSCOW, June 16. The State Corporation «Bank of Development and External Economic Activities (Vnesheconombank)» (VEB) will open a credit line for CJSC «Tolmachevo Logopark» in the amount of RUR 4.1 billion for the term of up to 7 years – as informed by the Bank’s pressoffice.

The funds are intended for financing the construction of Phase 1 of the «Tolmachevo» logistics facility in Novosibirsk region with total floor-space of 285.7 thousand sq.m. The Logopark will be located at the М51 federal highway in vicinity of the existing Novosibirsk airport. The developer of the Project is Eurasia Logistics.

The leading provider of logistic services, Tablogix, began its operations at the new General Motors facility in Ural. Tablogix will provide services on 23.000 sq.m. of the warehouse space leased by General Motors in Industrial & Warehouse Park "Pyshma" (Yekaterinburg city) that was developed by «Eurasia Logistics».

Results of the 1^st ballot have been summarized for the facilities of Russia’s regions — CRE Federal Awards 2009 participants. Pyshma Logopark is the finalist again! This year Phase 2 of the Logopark has been nominated, which was commissioned in 2008 with total floor-space of 110 000 sq m. In 2008 Pyshma Logopark was awarded a Golden Brick of the prestigious sectoral Prize — Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards 2008. In April at the Severnoye Domodedovo Production and Logistics Complex (PLC) site the 2nd temporary storage warehouse (SVKh) was put into operation. It was established at the largest in Europe Facility by the 3PL domestic operator — Smart Logistic Group (SLG). On March 26, 2009, “Tyumen Logistics Center” leased 22 000 sq m of space at Pyshma Class A warehouse facility (Yekaterinburg), developed by Eurasia Logistics Company. The new tenant of the largest in Urals Class A facility anticipates locating here a regional food stuffs distribution center.
