How to evaluate a warehouse without bias?

It’s common knowledge that no Class A warehouse construction practices have been yet formed in Russia, there is no universally acknowledged classification of warehouse spaces. In warehouse evaluation the building technical parameters are often vague and such factor as a network offer, meaning for the logistics operators and retailers an easy entry to a whole range of regions, is not assessed at all.
